Managing bookings

Step 1: Accepting orders

When a customer creates a booking via your ordering portal, they immediately receive the order's summary via email.

You will receive an email with the new order's info to the company's admin email. (You can set this on the company page).

Head to the Orders page to view your newest booking.

Step 2: Assign a rider

You can also optionally assign an order to a team member, they will get an email notifying them of the new job.

Step 3: Update order status

Each time you update an order's status, the customer is automatically emailed the details of the status update.

If you haven't set up online payments via credit card, an invoice will automatically be emailed to the customer when you set the order's status as complete.

In future we are going to add the ability to have invoices automatically sent monthly, & downloadable via PDF.
